Savyavasa, a prestigious luxury residential development nestled in the heart of Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta, has achieved a significant milestone as it officially topped out, marking the completion of the structural phase of its three residential towers.
A joint venture between Hong Kong-based developer Swire Properties and Indonesia's JSI Group, both renowned for their expertise in crafting upscale residences, Savyavasa promised to set a new standard for luxurious living in Jakarta. The topping-out ceremony was graced by senior management from Swire Properties and JSI Group, along with key partners involved in the project's development.

Jefri Darmadi, President Director of Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional, echoed To's sentiments, highlighting Savyavasa's role in redefining luxury residential living in Indonesia. Spanning over two hectares, Savyavasa comprises three towers offering a total of 402 units, ranging from two- to four-bedroom apartments. The development's design philosophy prioritized light, space, and texture, seamlessly blending functionality with aesthetics while maintaining a strong connection with its natural surroundings.
Notably, Savyavasa was Jakarta's first residential project to achieve the esteemed Green Mark Gold standard for sustainable architecture. Through a partnership with Habitap, a smart living management platform, residents have access to smart home innovations, enabling them to remotely manage their homes via a mobile application.
Situated in the exclusive district of Dharmawangsa, Savyavasa boasts a plethora of amenities, including a 1km jogging track, oversized lap and leisure pools, a state-of-the-art gym, Hammam spa, and indoor and outdoor play areas for children. The project was backed by a team of internationally renowned consultants, including landscape design firm Intaran Design, SCDA Architects, Richardson Sadeki, and Yabu Pushelberg, who collaborated to bring sustainable luxury living to new heights in Jakarta.
Savyavasa was targeted for completion by the end of the year, with handover expected in Q2 2025.
